This year we experienced our first Christmas away from home. It was very relaxing! Especially with the holiday season at Apple, I really just needed a break.
I can't remember when this picture was taken...but our Christmas lights were so cool this year! We were excited to have a porch to decorate.

On Christmas Eve we had the Shamos, Baileys, and the missionaries over for dinner.

Our feast, complete with Janae's famous slush.

Our little nativity peeps.

Me holding "baby Owen." He is just a little bit bigger than your average baby.

Our beautiful tree!

We love our Elders and are sad to say goodbye to them so often.

Christmas Day! This is me asleep with Heidi, our stuffed St. Bernard from Mike's parents. Probably one of my favorite presents ever :) We iChatted with my mom and Mike's parents while we opened our presents. It was really fun!

Mike and his framed diploma from me.

Christmas night we went to visit Jake, Kimi, and baby Ellie in the hospital. She is the tiniest thing! Then we came home and watched the Lakers loose to the Cavs. Other than that, it was a fabulous Christmas.

I suppose I would rather hear about Christmas at Valentine's Day than not at all :)
Looks like a chill, fun Christmas!

Great minds think alike, I was thinking I can't wait to hear about Valentine's Day in April. Love the first pic in the snow, miss you guys.

Sorry we missed dinner. It looks like it was a lot of fun. We'll tell Ellie to hold off next time. Thanks again for being brave and coming to visit us in the hospital! We felt honored.
