Denver, CO

Two days after we got home from California we took a trip to Denver. Mike had an economics conference to go to and my mom bought me a ticket for Christmas so I could go visit the Moore's. We saw so many old friends while we were there! I was able to hang out with some Apple friends that had just moved to Denver and Mike was also able to get together with some old WSU friends.

Mike was also able to meet up with some guys he used to study with at BYU.
AND we were able to see our great friend Scott Condie! Scott was my home teacher when I was in Ithaca and then he and Mike taught together at BYU the following summer. I hadn't seen him for 5 years so it was awesome to get together.

Rose enjoyed being serenaded by Paul. Many thanks to Paul who watched the girls while Joni and I went shopping ;)


And she very much appreciated Ellie helping her out with her passie.




Sunday morning Yo Gabba Gabba dance party. Awesome.

Ellie really wanted to go home with us! We would have taken her too if Joni and Paul let us.

After we got home the Rupp's were in town visiting family and they stopped by for a visit. They recently moved to Afognak, AK (seriously, look it up) so its nice to see them when they are on the mainland.
When Camille told me that they were coming by she said she had a surprise for me. Little did I know it would be Grizz! My favorite dog ever! The pic didn't come out very well but hopefully you can see the excitement on my face!
