Christmas 2011

Christmas posts are acceptable through February, right? Okay, good.

Since I am so behind on posting, I chose a few pics that I thought clearly represented our month long CA vacation. It was sunny pretty much everyday. And we're not talking just sunny, we're talking 80 degrees sunny. Poor Rose does not have any shorts for this age so she wore pants the entire trip.

What's a Christmas trip home without a Ducks game? Rose SAT through the entire first period. This is really shocking if you know Rose.

This picture was taken minutes before we found out that my mom had the stomach flu. And days before we found out that I would get it. Fortunately, the rest of my family and Mike's family were spared.

We went to the park a zillion times. I've really learned how hardcore Seattle moms are...or maybe its all moms outside of socal. Here is Daddy protecting Rose from a ginormous dog. Good work, Mike.

Like Rose's 1st birthday, I'm pretty sure the theme of this Christmas was puppies. This little girl is still obsessed and we love it. She did get some babies that she adores too.
