New Haven

Last weekend we went down to Yale in New Haven after an Ikea stop. Yale was a really cool place to walk around. We saw some awesome old buildings!
Yale was founded by John Davenport in the 1630's!

We stopped by Yale's Rare Book Library. It was SO AWESOME! There are over 600,000 books that have to be kept in an air filtered room with a temperature of 70 degrees. For more info check out http://www.library.yale.edu/beinecke/. FOr some reason I can't get this picture to be right side up! Sorry!
Here's a better idea of what it looked like.
The Gutenberg Bible.

New Haven is famous for its pizza. Pepe's is known as the best place around.
I'd have to say it was some of the best pizza I have ever had! Go Pepe!

i've been wanting to go to Pepe's forever. It is good to know that it will be worth it when I actually get to it.
