This has been our excitement during the past week. The squirrels are back! The first night we heard them again we kinda freaked out and attempted to lock them in the bathroom...only to discover that they under the tub. At least they don't decide to run around in the wee hours of the morning this time! Listen for the scratching noises, not the clicking that you hear in the beginning. Mike's commentary is quite funny!

We have chirping in the walls near our downstairs bathroom and we do not know what it is yet. Glad you found your culprit!
