Goodbye to Friends

On September 4th, we left our beloved Seattle for the bay area.  Mike had been looking for a job for a long time and finally got one he really loved at Netflix.  We had movers come and pack us up, which is a dream, and ladies from the ward come and help us clean.  Our last few days were spent eating our apples off of our apple trees (the girls were addicted) and saying goodbye to friends.
Our last moments at the house!  Kari and Megan watched our kids ALL day which pretty much saved our life.  We totally forgot to have Rose say goodbye to the house as we were rushing out the door in the morning.
The Young Womens Presidency I had been serving in for the past 6 months.  I love these ladies so so much.  We had such special times with our girls.
2 of the most wonderful young women I have ever met in my life.  Annie Joy lived across in the street from us and really brought us joy every time we saw her.  She actually moved to Utah the same day we did.  And Katelyn!  She is the most loving and not to mention beautiful (with impeccable style) girl ever!  I seriously miss them.  Thank heavens for instagram.

Dayna Brown was my first ever friend in WA!  I love love love this woman.  She is such an incredible friend to have.
My amazing visiting teacher, Kaye.  She would do and did do anything I ever asked her.  Thank you friend!

Megan Cooney, a dear friend!  We were really growing close towards the end of our WA journey :(
Rebecca!  My running partner.  I miss her and our conversations like crazy.  She pushed me to do things I never thought possible.
Last but not least, our best friends of life, the Beans.  Rose and Emery have been hanging out weekly, nearly daily since they were 6 months old.  And Megan is like the sister I never had.  It was really hard to say goodbye to this fam.  What did people do without FaceTime?

While Meg's was watching Rose during the day, Jack, their boyfriend/third wheel got to come say goodbye.  I'm so happy this pic was snapped.
Last family pic on the porch.
It was so difficult to leave the birth place of our children.  We drove by the hospital they were born at all the time and have so many memories in so many places on the "Eastside."  Goodbye Washington!  I will love you forever!
