August brought us two more visitors after the Udy's left (although no one has yet to come to soley visit us...)! Aaron Johnson was the first of our special guests. He had to work in Enfield, CT so he came down and had Harry's pizza and walked around the Center with us. He was also able to come back and hang out with Mike while I was at book club. It was great to see him! I wish that his wife Whitney would have been able to come too. I have a feeling that she and I would get along great.
And then there was that one time that I accidentally flushed my mouth guard down the toilet...
So yes, I did not seem to realize that I had flushed it until I came home from book club during the wee hours and could not find the darn thing to save my life (I have difficulty sleeping without it). And then it dawned on me that when the toilet over flowed hours before that there could be some correlation. After Mr. Roto Router came and informed us that it would cost $450 to take the toilet off the wall...Mike took matters into his own hands! He googled how to take a toilet off of the wall and violà! MY MOUTH GUARD! After discussing with two trusted dentists...I soaked that puppy in bedadine over night and I was finally able to sleep again. 
VIP guest numero dos was our beloved friend Jimmy! We love Jimmy and were so happy to see him. He had a business trip in NYC but flew into Hartford so that we could hang out for a bit. Mike also took him to Harry's pizza on Wednesday night and then we all went to Black Eyed Sally's in Hartford for some ribs and cornbread. It was raining on Saturday so there wasn't much to do outside. This is us at the capital.

Just wait until October 8th we will come to solely (mostly) visit you!! And we are looking forward to it very much.

And by "googled it" you mean he searched google and called me for advice? :) Glad you got it.
Jen, hold on, Chad and I really want to come, but i'll have to be after May 2010. Cause life it crazy! But my brother is giving us some more buddy passes next year, so we should be able to come. Or do we need to save them for going with you guys to Guatemala?
gross!!!! but yes google helps the world go round, I don't know how I did anything with out googling first!
That is a funny story Jen, I'm trying hard to resist the urge to call you a potty mouth. I'm glad you were able to get it all cleaned off. Thank heavens for google AND handy husbands!
