Snow and Thanksgiving

We had ourselves a little "arctic blast" last week and boy was it fun! Seattle pretty much shuts down when in snows which is soooo funny to me. I mean, I thought CT was bad (well they still are) but Seattle is pretty comical. People LITERALLY abandon their cars on the freeways. It took some commuters 8 HOURS to get home. Here's a video of some of the craziness. Maybe its not that funny but I just think maybe we should be a little bit more equipped for the snow. We live on a Mountain so we really couldn't go anywhere for a few days. Rose and I enjoyed hanging out with Daddy :)
The view from our window...it really wasn't that much snow.
The snow was able to stick around for our ward turkey bowl. The adult men play the youth every year and things were definitely a little more hardcore than we've had in past years. Hence, the referee. Nothing will ever compare to the 2007 turkey bowl and we mustn't forget the 2008 one.
They even had line marker guys.

For dinner we went to my mom's best friend from high school's house.
The turkey was amazing.
And Rose looked pretty cute.
Check out that pose!

We hope everyone had a good day!
